Cancellation Policy

At Trendzmy, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation. Below is our policy for canceling designer blouse orders:

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

You may cancel your designer blouse order before it is dispatched. To do so, please email us at support@trendzmyonline.com or contact our customer care at +91 9555536867 (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST) with your order details. 

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch:

Once the designer blouse has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. However, if you still wish to cancel, you may proceed with a return once the product has been delivered, as per our return policy.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

Orders for stitched or customized designer blouses cannot be canceled once the stitching or customization process has begun.

Clearance or sale items, as well as made-to-order designs, are not eligible for cancellation after purchase.

Refunds:

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
