Return & Exchange Policy
Dear Customer,
At Trendzmy, we truly value your time and trust in us. We understand the importance of the ‘touch and feel’ factor in online shopping, and we are committed to providing you with a smooth and satisfying experience. That said, to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers, we have updated our Return & Exchange Policy.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
You have received the wrong product
You have received a damaged product
In either of these cases, the customer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue as proof. Without the unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.
All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery by contacting us on support@trendzmyonline.com
Step 1: Share the unboxing video along with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue on WhatsApp or email.
Step 2: Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging, including hangers, tags, poly bags, and boxes.
Step 3: Share the courier receipt with us on WhatsApp for tracking purposes.
Note: Return pickup service is not available. Customers must self-ship the item to us.

Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
We will not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or color variations.
We make unboxing videos of all returned products to verify their condition. Returns found to be used or tampered with will be rejected.
The product must reach us within 15 days after the return approval; otherwise, the request will be cancelled.
Exchange is allowed for one item at a time only. For multiple items, separate requests must be made.
If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made to your bank account after we collect the necessary details.
In case of approved returns, shipping and COD convenience fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
